One of my kids and I blast the song “There is Power in The Name of Jesus” when we drive in the car... definitely starting singing it as I read this. Jesus, be with us! Super eye opening. My interest was in the missing people in national parks, I think it’s a similar rabbit hole and this just convinced me to let it go and turn my focus back to God.

Thank you for sharing, an interesting topic to say the least. You should definitely check out the Starfall documentary on YouTube from Strange Normal. They cover this topic from a Christian perspective very well. Also the Little Light Studios channel - their motto is Ephesians 5:11 “light exposing darkness” and they have a wealth of incredible testimonies documenting this theme.

During the lockdown I began studying eyewitness accounts. I’m not searching for BF as fascinating as it may be but curious about the people and the phenomenon as a whole. I love your article. It brings a purifying fire to this mess.

My friend told me about this article. I've always been curious about Bigfoot. As somebody else said in the comments, I think things like Bigfoot and aliens are ways to distract people from God. Anything to entertain or turn our attention away from things that really matter. It would not surprise me to learn Satan is ultimately behind them.

Thank you for writing this. I began looking into this last spring after watching the Missing 411 docs. Thankfully it was also during the period of being a catechumen at our Orthodox parish. The 2000 years of Orthodoxy has plenty of writings on demonic presences and I couldn't help thinking all along there's something demonic about this. Many out there think they are descendents of the Nephallim, half human. Hearing the recordings of the Sierra sounds made me think: this is the sound of a creature both enraged and in sorrow of being separated from God.

he name for the fruit and tree is akee, also known as Blighia sapida:

Name

The name akee comes from the West African Akan-language words anke and akye-fufuo. The scientific name Blighia sapida honors Captain William Bligh, who brought the fruit from Jamaica to England in 1793.

Fruit

The akee is a pear-shaped fruit that is straw-colored to magenta red when ripe. The fruit has three chambers that split open to reveal three seeds, each with a white fleshy aril at the base. The aril is the edible part of the fruit, but it's only safe to eat when the fruit is fresh, ripe, and just opened. The aril is poisonous when unripe or overripe.

Tree

The akee tree is an evergreen tree that can grow to be 25–50 feet tall. It has smooth gray bark and small, greenish white flowers that bloom biannually.

Uses

The akee is the national fruit of Jamaica and is a key ingredient in the traditional dish ackee and saltfish. The akee's mild, nutty flavor makes it a popular ingredient in curries or dishes cooked with tomatoes, onions, and codfish.

What you have written is very plausible. We muslims do believe in satan, demons which are the evil type of ghosts or spirits.

We believe in jesus son of mary peace be upon them both as a one of the greatest massengers.

But the greatest risk ever is to associate with the one and only God partners. Jesus have always said this: oh children of israel worship my Lord and your Lord! He has never said to worship him, that would be a disgrace to him!

God has appointed on himself to not allow anyone in his paradise who associates with him partners.

[And say, “We believe in what was revealed to us, and in what was revealed to you, and our God and your God is One, and to Him we are submitters.”] - quran 29:46

[O People of the Scripture! Do not exaggerate in your religion, and do not say about Allah except the truth. Jesus Christ, son of Mary, is the Messenger of Allah, and His Word which He conveyed to Mary, and a Spirit from Him. So believe in Allah and His messengers, and do not say, “Trinity.” Refrain, for your own good. Allah is only One God. Glory be to Him—that He should have a child. To Him belongs everything in the heavens and on earth, and Allah is a sufficient Protector.] - quran 4:171
